How long is the Initial C warranty?
In Hong Kong, we grant 1-year limited guarantee on the product commencing on the date of purchase. Within the guarantee period we will eliminate, free of charge, any defects in the appliance resulting from faults in materials or workmanship, either by repairing or replacing the complete appliance as we may choose. This guarantee extends to every country where this appliance is supplied by Initial C or its appointed distributor.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use, normal wear or use, especially regarding the brush heads, as well as defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance.
- The guarantee becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorized persons and if original Initial C parts are not used.
- To obtain service within the guarantee period, hand in or send the complete appliance with your sales receipt to an authorized Initial C Service Centre.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
You can benefit all year-round from free delivery (within Hong Kong) with minimum HK$500 spent online.
How often should I replace the brush head?
It is recommended to replace the brush head of AngleCare and DailyCare every 2 months and replace the brush head of PerioCare every 1 month. If the bristles are bent to one side or worn, the brush is not very effective for brushing.
Could I use non-Initial C replacement brush heads with Initial C handpiece?
Your brush heads are extremely important to the effectiveness of the InitialC handpiece. We can only guarantee performance through the InitialC brand brush heads which are tested through our strict clinical testing program. Also, Initial C warranty will be voided if the handpiece damage is found to be attributed to the use of non-Initial C replacement brush heads. Therefore, it is recommended not to use non-Initial C replacement brush heads.
